Cancellation Policy
A VALID card MUST be given upon booking to secure appointment.
A 15 minute grace period is given , anything past will be cancelled and considered a no show , no shows will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service.
Cancellations / rescheduling within 24hrs of your appointment will be charged a 50% service fee.
If needed to cancel / reschedule appointment please reach out to me 24hrs prior to avoid any fees.
